Step 2—Reserve your spot:

To become a member of The Sheldon and part of the "Futures Group," confirm your interest to Carolyn Sheldon at 503-928-7473 or 503-501-8648. No deposits are required at this time. We are confident that this project will take off in the very near future; once it does, and the site and funding stream are secured, you will be advised as to reservation deposits.

Step 3—Select your home's finishes:

Decide on your home's look and feel—its being built for you. Work with Green Light and the interiors team to design and specify your home's aesthetic. After making your selections, your customization is secured through another nonrefundable deposit that is equal to the cost of your customization.

Step 4—Finalize your membership:

All members will finalize membership by buying their co-op share immediately before commencement of construction. Because there is no interest or assessments to members during the course of construction, sit back and enjoy watching your investment and new community come to life.

Get to know your new neighbors and neighborhood! Many fun events will be arranged to help you meet and greet your new community. You can join a committee to increase your involvement, or stop by the next event, and the project will be done before you know it!
