Our intent is to achieve the USGBC's new, much more strenuous, LEED Version 3 GOLD rating. To do this, elements we are currently working to incorporate include:

• Rain recycling system for garden irrigating
• Energy Star appliances
• High efficiency heating and cooling systems
• Solar water-heating
• Energy recovery from exhaust air
• Double-insulated wall systems
• Energy optimized windows
• Locally sourced and manufactured materials
