Dear Friends,

As many of you know, the many steps from our garage to our house are not getting any easier (especially now that our kids aren't around to carry the groceries!). Just like many of our friends, the constant household maintenance is becoming more of a hassle and is tying us down.

We envision a building of friends and as we've worked to make this idea a reality, we've discovered the unique benefits afforded by co-ops and why they are superior to our single-family homes or condos (let alone the other "senior housing" options.)

We are determined to create a uniquely wonderful community—we hope you will join us.
